Before using 3P Workflow you will have to personalise the software to your business. Enter all your business details and upload your business logo by the time you click “done” 3P Workflow has personalised your Invoices, Quotes and Job Sheets. Now comes the interesting part, You contact your merchant (in this case lets say Plumbing World) and you ask them for a csv file of their stock. Once the file is uploaded you will be able to create Quotes, Invoices, and Job Sheets with the right prices. This option can be individually changed depending on job or Customer.
Every employee has a card file in 3P Workflow (tradesmen, apprentices or laborers). Their details and charge out rates can be uploaded. Again this function is also linked to all documents you compile. Having this as a part of 3P Workflow is very effective. But lets save that for later.
Job process
Another day in the office. The phone rings and your secretary Jill answers, she starts processing a job that seams to be a burst Hot Water Cylinder. 3P Workflow is already open and ready for data entry. The search engine doesn’t bring any results back about the caller so Jill enters the new clients details into 3P, she also makes notes of the problem explaining that the Hot water cylinder might need replacing. The caller asks “do you know how much the replacement will cost?” With just a few clicks and a short series of questions Jill is able to give the new client an estimate.
After hanging up Jill finalises the new job sheet. She opens up a new window, there she selects the plumber to do the job. 3P Workflow already knows how long the job should take and the amount of materials to be used. Jill can now print out or email the job sheet that states all the details Mr. Plumber needs to know: Job number, Job details, job description, the amount of time required, the estimate, etc.
After replacing the Hot Water Cylinder Mr. Plumber invoices the new client on site and makes his notes on the job sheet. He notes the extra materials used and time spent on the job. Later back at the office Jill processes this data back into 3P Workflow. The more Jill feeds back into 3P Workflow the smarter 3P Workflow gets, estimates and statistics become more accurate.
A few months later the same client rings again with a different problem, this time the search engine does find existing details and Jill has everything she needs to know. 3P Workflow lets her know who did the job and if that plumber is available to do the new job, 3P also shows if the client paid on time in case Mr. plumber didn’t get paid on site. Thanks to 3P’s Schick and Sharp design Jill can now finalise the new job sheet with just a few clicks.
StatisticsThis is one of my favorites! It all comes down to the statistics. Numbers and charts are beautiful as long as they are not red. Well, 3P Workflow will be able to tell you who worked the hardest, who worked how many hours, who generated how much money, if your business is making any money, what products you used the most (now you can fit out the vans properly), how many callbacks?, how expensive were they? who was it? and how many did who have? these and many more statistics can be found in 3P. Oops too much said again :o) cant help my self.

Drainlaying: Machinery cost, Pipe sizing and manufacture selection, Scoria (approved fill) Calculator.
Underfloorheating: Circuit calculator, Pipe size (flow-return) calculator, heatloss calculator.
Solar Heating: Cant give this one away yet sorry.
These are only a few of many tools that will help you do your job better and more efficient.
