Does anyone know of a small, (10lt or thereabouts), underbench LPG hot water cylinder? I have been asked about such for cabins, etc.

Any ideas or suggestions welcome!

Don't think you will have any luck there.. I would suggest you look into instantaneous under bench electrical water heaters.  I recommend the Stiebel Eltron units, very small and grunty!
