Very impressed with the service from the initial telephone call till finish. No calling fee for work hour calls prompted me to contact them when I needed a plumber very urgently who came in on time. A very polite and smiling young staff checked and explained to me the possibilities of what might have caused the problem but after working on the issue eventually concluded it was a drainlayer's job insteadt of plumber's. Upon request, he suggested me to one who turned out to be excellent drainlayer company too n my problem solved the same day!!! What a huge relief as the issue was real real URGENT one !!! I've been waiting for an invoice in the mail but after about 10 days waiting still nothing in the mail I rang the company who told me there's no invoice to send as it was not a plumber's job ... I could hardly believe my ears but anyway A1 Plumbing you now get a very satisfied customer and I can recommend your company without any hesitation. Many thanks to A1 plumbing team. Christina
